I am using a twenty fourteen child theme for a static, 5-page site – no posts. As it stands, the footer is down at the bottom of each page, and is only visible when the user scrolls down to the end. I’d like to make the footer constantly visible on the browser viewport.
I have of course googled and most proposed solutions are in the same vein as this. I am not sure how this solution would translate to the twenty-fourteen theme. I have had a look at the footer.php (and have modified it to display my own content in the footer), but I have no idea where to begin implementing the solution proposed in the post.
Please help! If you have some other solution besides the one I linked, please do tell =)
